Day 276, more from the sunrise!

A few more photos from yesterday’s sunrise tour; these are down by Giant Springs and the Missouri River.

All of these, other than the panorama at the end, are wallpaper sized.  I took these with my exposure compensation set to minus 2, rather than the minus 1/3 I usually have it set to.  I corrected it some in post processing.  They look pretty good, anyway.

Both of these waterfalls are part of Rainbow Falls below the Dam.

A couple of pelicans lazily swimming by.

(1/2000, f8, 225mm, ISO 200)

Maybe this is the same pelican as earlier this week…I’d sure have a crick in my neck if I’d twisted it around like he did!

One of those sea, errr, rivergulls…

(1/1600, f8, 210mm, ISO 200)

And Black Eagle Dam, properly exposed!  Lots of water here.  I wonder where it is all going by the time it gets to Rainbow Dam a couple miles downstream?
