Day 298

Then it was back into the desert…well, a run up the Interstate into Wyoming, then a turn north towards Yellowstone…

I always have my riding buddy along…come to think of it, he is a bit hard to find when I ride at night or in the rain.  Darned fair weather riders!

The first view of Bear Lake in southern Idaho.  It is a pretty nice lake, and the place seems to be very livable, even for a tourist area.

Gotta have a yacht club!

Nearing my destination: the Montpelier Creek KOA, near Montpelier, ID.  It is just into a valley in those distant hills lit with the light of the setting sun.  All in all a long day, but some very nice riding.
