Some Korean built oil processing tanks are moving from Lewiston Idaho to Billings…They moved from Lolo Hot Springs to Missoula out on the Interstate last night. Tonight they head towards Helena on US 12.
These two are huge, and there are a bunch of them to come yet.
There is a big ta-do about the environmental dangers of this move.
Those are really big truck tires on that trailer.
I just have to wonder how it can be cheaper to build these across the ocean, move them here, truck them at 30 miles a day with hundreds of people, including overtime police and highway patrol, involved, rather than welding them here, if only from parts built overseas…
