Day 299

Not my favorite bird to photograph, but a nice photo of a California Gull none the less. (Canon 7D 1/3000s f/5.6 ISO400 300mm ) I have started trying some online bird photography class advice:  Good lens, wide open, lowest ISO for a high shutter speed.  It seems to be working. ~Curtis in /\/\onTana! {!-{>

Day 298

A somewhat wavery Moon.  The air seemed more unsettled the higher it got.  It is usually worst on the horizon.  I am going moon hunting with Walter and Ken tomorrow again!  {!-{> ~Curtis in /\/\onTana! {!-{>

Day 290

Lugnut was over a few days ago, industriously Minecrafting his way through…Minecraft… Note:  This photo was taken using an Argus Coated Cintar Made In The USA f3.5 50mm lens…that is at least two years or more older than I am…on my new Canon M2 Mirrorless camera!  The only processing I did was to resize it […]

Day 289

There was a full moon a couple of days ago… 1/1000s, f/5.6, ISO400, 300mm, 100% crop 1/750s, f/5.6, ISO100, 300mm, 100% crop 1/500s, f/8.0, ISO100, 400mm, about a 85-90% crop so it would fit on my computer screen! ~Curtis in /\/\onTana! {!-{>
