The Libby Dam project formed Lake Koocanusa, which stretches from the Dam north into Canada.  This obvious Indian name is a actually a contraction of Kootenai-Canada-USA, this being Kootenai Country, and the Kootenai River, and of course the two countries that the Lake is in.
