Day 31

The herd of deer that live in the field beside the Mormon Church in our neighborhood. I think there are about ten of them. Just a quick cellphone photo! ~Curtis in /\/\onTana! {!-{>

Day 30

Well, well, well…it is another Birthday! Happy 32nd! And almost 16 years ago, on the banks of the Big Ditch, this! I don’t know for sure what she was trying to take a photo of… But I had just gotten an early Birthday present of my own, a Canon Powershot A70, and she and I […]

Day 29

Well, well, well…it is another Birthday! I wonder whose? Toots doesn’t look too happy…she must be 12! No one is happy when they are 12…{!-{P She seems happy enough when she got Unstable Unicorns (a card game)… …and dig those groovy DSLR earrings… ~Curtis in /\/\onTana! {!-{>

Day 28

Day 25

Mallards. ~Curtis in /\/\onTana! {!-{>

Day 24

It has been a couple of days since those ice dam photos. The water has dropped a little and the road is open again, but the ice is higher! That is the same log as in the photo a couple of days ago. ~Curtis in /\/\onTana! {!-{>

Day 23

The problem with ice dams is that they are dams…right where you don’t want them! The water level is up to the roadway along this part of River Drive. It is over the road at the railroad trestle near Applebee’s, and the road is closed there. ~Curtis in /\/\onTana! {!-{>

Day 22

The River has an ice dam forming. This is upstream from Giant Springs, and is by the downtown section of Great Falls. None of this is happening near Giant Springs. ~Curtis in /\/\onTana! {!-{>
