Rainbow Dam and Falls by Moonlight!

No, not really.  I used a variable neutral density filter, and played with the image to look “nightish”.

(1sec, f/32, ISO100, 70mm, -1 stop, neural density filter)

Here is a more normal daylight photo taken at the same time.
