This is an old way to get extra prints…you would order the print with a “wallet sized” print, and it would come attached like the top photo.  Pull it apart and then take off the advertising from Wayne’s Photo Finishing and you have sprint to share!  I imagine someone still does this for digitals, but I haven’t looked…
