These are my photos (in this and the previous post) from Thursday night’s Camera Club outing to Gibson Park here in Great Falls. Except for two, I used only vintage lenses; they are lenses that we used long ago with film cameras, that have generally passed out of use (and any real value on eBay!), but they still work (manually only) and can provide wonderful results if you work with them. The biggest draw back is that most digital cameras are not set up to manually focus without a lot of work. {!-{>
Olympus OM 50mm f3.5 Zuiko Macro lens I have had since the 1980’s. This is still a fairly well regarded lens optically, but not used much since it lacks any kind of automation/electrical/

All of these photos, except the one cellphone photo, were taken using my Canon EOS-M2 mirrorless camera. There are adapters made for these mirrorless cameras for almost every kind of lens mount ever made, from early screw threads, to M39 and M42, Argus C-3 and C-44, to Exacta, Voigtlander, Canon FL/FD, Hasslblad, Yashica, and all the many Leica mounts. As well as everything in between, including a lot of brands and mounts I have never heard of! {!-{>

I currently have and use, adapters for Argus C-3, Canon FD, Pentax K, and Olympus OM. I hope to get one for the Argus C-44 soon; I have a couple different lens for it!
Olympus OM 50mm f3.5 Zuiko Macro lens. This was shooting into the Sun, and other than resizing it I added a touch of contrast and sharpening in processing the photo.
