Day 230/Day 6 – Part 1

A quick run to the Princeville Foodland last night…this was the checkout line.  Only two cashiers on the job.  I think the building could use a refresh…like a whole new building!

We went to the Kilauea Point National Wildlife Refuge this morning.  It is the northern most point of the inhabited Hawaiian Islands.  We have been here before.  It is great for birds, although we didn’t see as many as usual.

A KFF: Kaua’i Fighting Fowl.  They live in the branches of the bushes out at the Lighthouse.
