Day 307: Willow Coulee

I finally got out to Willow Coulee.  This is a fishing access East of town.  The much talked about Great Falls Coal Power Plant was to be out there…now there is to be a natural gas power plant at the same location.

Anyway, it is a nice little place down on the Missouri River.

This is a tree by the road where it crosses Belt Creek on the way to the Coulee.  This is how the computer (Paint Shop Pro) decided to enhance the photo.

This is the same photo, when I chose how to enhance it, and a bit closer to reality.

Day30601a

All three photos are wallpaper sized (1440×960) to fit on daughter Caitlin’s MacBookPro.  And the leaves really are that light color…

Then down the road a ways was Willow Coulee.  This is down by the river, looking downstream.
